CIMAC is an official partner of IT Innovation Co., Ltd., a software development company in Gyeonggi-Do, Korea. IT Innovation has been focused in information automation for semiconductor manufacturers since 2001.

IT Innovation has two mainstream applications. One is XCom, a SECS communication driver, and the other is XGem GEM driver, a full GEM compliant semiconductor and LCD equipment communication driver.
