Equipment MES Interface
We design and develop a bridge that connects capital equipment to leading brand MESs. We use open software tools, and build custom codes using native programming languages. Our applications can run on distributed nodes and on multiple platforms.

Cluster Tool Control
To meet the unique requirement of the Semiconductor and Electronics Manufacturing Industry, we provide intra-bay communication between tools, within cluster-tools, and to multi-chambers. We transform a formerly isolated piece of equipment into a network of tools integrated to share data between process and metrology.

Cell Control
We can remotely control capital equipment that are compliant with SEMI standard via SECS, GEM or customized protocols as required. We can also build a Cell Control for non SEMI standard compliant tools by using direct analog or digital I/0.

Design and Develop Man Machine Interface (MMI)
For process monitoring we provide a real-time graphical view of the process under way in your capital equipment. We use object oriented tools to build graphical user interfaces. The graphical monitoring and control module that we build provides key system functionality, such as real-time and historical trend, alarm and event supervision, and data logging capabilities.

Design and Develop Machine Control Applications
We design and develop reliable machine control system software to improve capital equipment productivity. By implementing complex process control strategies, we collect process data and present process information through MMI.

Stand-Alone Data Collection System
Our expert engineers create custom applications or use off-the-shelve products to collect process data from capital equipment and save the data for Statistical Process Control (SPC) or any other use.

Design and Create Summary Databases
We design and create Summary database for engineering analysis or generating reports.

A Complete Shop Floor Control System
We develop custom application packages to accommodate your need such as WIP tracking, Defect Tracking, Equipment Utilization, Operator Productivity, Bill of Material (BOM) Creation, Material Tracking, and Work Order Tracking.

Design and Develop Web-Based Real-Time WIP Tracking System
We model your complete process flow and manufacturing environment and design and develop a Web-based Work-in-Process (WIP) tracking application for a real-time environment. We make a common user interface throughout the factory to track the work in process.

Design and Develop Web-Based Manufacturing Process Instruction Document
We put your Manufacturing Process Instruction documents, Maintenance Instruction Manuals, and other technical or procedural documents on the Web for convenient access throughout the fab.
